Q.	How long will delivery take?
A.	Most of our products are in stock however some will need to be ordered from the manufacturer. Products ordered from the manufacturer take up to 8 weeks to arrive and this is dependent upon the type of product and the quantity. To avoid disappointment we advise you to plan ahead when ordering furniture.
Q.	Do you have a brochure?
A.	At the moment we don’t have a printed brochure. All our latest products can be found on our website.
Q.	Do you have a showroom? Where can I see your products?
A.	Our furniture are on display at Abode Interiors which is situated in Leicester city centre. It is a contemporary furniture shop which is based in a beautiful 15th century building which is spread over 4 floors. 7-9 Market Place, Leicester, LE1 5GG 0116 262 9099 – Please call before coming to view our furniture as opening times are un regular.
Q.	What forms of payment does Living It Up Salon Salon accept?
A.	Living It Up Salon accepts Visa, Mastercard and Switch and Cheque.
Q.	Will my credit cards details be safe, is Living It Up Salon secure?
A.	Any information you provide to Living It Up Salon, including credit card information, is encrypted on our secure server (or that of our payment handler Barclays ePDQ) using SSL. Q.	How do I know that my order has been received?
A.	Once you have submitted your order you will be sent an order confirmation e-mail that contains your unique order number. This number should be used in reference to any queries or problems that you have.
Q.	What if the product that I order is out of stock?
A.	It will be displayed on the Living It Up Salon web site if the product is out of stock, however we do keep healthy stock levels of all furniture and side tables.
Q.	How much will delivery cost?
A.	Our standard carriage charge to UK mainland addresses for any of our products is dependant on your postcode. Enter it during the checkout routine and you will see the delivery charges.
Q.	What about Value Added Tax (VAT) on Living It Up Salon products?
A.	All prices shown on Living It Up Salon include VAT at 17.5% The Living It Up Salon VAT number is GB862034836.
Q.	Can I arrange for my order to go to another address other than my own?
A.	Under special circumstances this can be arranged, please call us on 0116 2695 960.
Q.	Can I pay for my order when I receive it?
A.	No. All products must be paid for prior to delivery.
Q.	What guarantees do you offer?
A.	All our designs are of the highest quality and our aim is to ensure total customer satisfaction . All products have a one-year guarantee for any manufacturing defects.
Q.	I am concerned about ordering a product without seeing it. Will I be able to return it if I am not happy with it?
A.	You can come view our products at Abode Interiors but if you are to order from our website and you are not totally satisfied with your product we are more than happy for you return the goods within 14 days. We can not cover the cost of delivery and the goods need to be returned with there original packing and in good condition. We will refund you the full cost of the products but not the cost of delivery.
Q.	What if the product is faulty, what is your returns policy?
A.	If the Product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will of course be made at no charge. If a product is faulty, please notify us by email at: info@livingitupsalon.co.uk or phone 0116 269 5960 for assistance. Please do note that you should check all products for faults before signing for them with the courier. Therefore we must stress the importance of thoroughly checking the condition of your order before signing before signing for it with the courier.
